Sight To The Blind

Open my eyes Lord God that I may see
all Thy good blessings You saved for me
You sent Your Son to give sight to blind
when You sent Him You had me in mind

Oh Lord I pray You will renew my sight
may I see only You until I become right
Let these opened eyes bring You in view
be my Peace my Hope my King of all too

I want to see You in my days and nights
in Your ways I will find Thy true delights
With clear sight I see ways of the world
keep me near as man's maze is unfurled

In The Name of Your Son I have one plea
claim me one of the captives He set free
Heal this broken heart that I still call mine
seal its token parts and make it all Thine

When You give me sight cleanse my soul
the evil one intends blight to take its toll
Let my conduct show You are my Guide
so all know I am a product of You inside

These are dear last days not to be wasted
please grant Grace I have merely tasted
Freedom never comes without high price
forever paid by Thy Son The Living Christ
