    1. It means that the prostitute is controlling Satan and his fourth kingdom.

    2. It means that Satan and those he rules through hate those that control the world through monetary means, and so Satan and the ten kings will destroy the world's economy in order to take back total control.
    3. It means that Satan will kill as many people as he can, because he hates man, and he will do this to get back at God.
    4. It means that Satan and his fourth kingdom take pleasure in killing.
