I am very glad that you have questions about the Bible. Unless you have true heart felt questions about the Bible you will never gain a deep knowledge of the truth. This is true about any and every thing actually. Unless you reach out in faith, searching for answers, you will not find them.
You have it within you to know the truth about God, and his creation, that is, you can know the meaning of life. You have this ability, because God put it into you. He put this ability into each and every person. It is God's desire that you gain this knowledge. It it his desire that you hunger for it and seek it out.
Matthew 7:7-8
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. (NIV)
This is Jesus' promise to you. If you ask of God, God will give to you. If you knock at the closed door of knowledge, the door of knowledge will be opened for you. God wants you to have this knowledge.
Acts 17:24-28
"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. 26 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. 27 God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 28 'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.' (NIV)
Do you see that God wants you to seek him? God wants you ask questions. Ask your questions, but take care to ask them in faith. Ask questions of God that you really want the answers to, and that you believe God can answer. Ask real questions. And don't put God to the test with your questions. He will not appreciate your sarcastic questions and neither will I. Neither will it please God if you ask questions that you are not actually searching for the answers too.
Please don't get discouraged if you don't get the answer to your question right away. Some questions have answers that you are not yet ready to understand. God will answer all questions that are posed to him in faith, but sometimes you need to learn certain fundamentals first, in order to understand the bigger question.
For example: suppose you asked God for the meaning of the crucifixion. Do you really think that you could understand the answer before you really understood the full meaning of the Fall of Man and the Nature of Sin? The sacrifice of Jesus addresses the problem of sin. Until you understand exactly how man fell, and why, you cannot understand the fix for it.
So, my point is this. Sometimes you might ask a question that is at the time a little beyond your knowledge level to understand. If this is the case then you must not give up. You must keep looking and expecting to receive the answer. God will answer your question just as fast as you are able to understand it .
One of the major facets of my ministry is to help you to understand some of the more difficult questions. If you really and truly have a question then email me at AskMe@SeekersTrove.com and I will answer it (if I can) as quickly as I can. I have a full time job but I will take time to answer your questions if you pose them to me.
